DEC 2015 - The Best Management staff / Security Staff in Yuen Long District Award Ceremony 2015
The Best Management staff / Security Staff in Yuen Long District Award Ceremony 2015 organized by Yuen Long District Fight Crime Committee was successfully held on 1 December 2015. NOV 2015 - Provision of Security Guards Service to Choi Hung Estate Catholic Secondary School
Choi Hung Estate Catholic Secondary School is a boy''s secondary school located in Choi Hung Estate, Wong Tai Sin. It was established in 1966 by Roman Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong. With effective from 1 November, City Professional Management Ltd. provided security services to the school. Our security personnel are responsible for monitoring entrance and departure of visitors, maintaining security of premises and safeguarding the teachers and students’ safety.
NOV 2015 - Provision of Security Services to Heya Green
Heya Green, a non-subsidy estate in Cheung Sha Wan area developed by Hong Kong Housing Society, is located at 18 Po On Road. Heya Green consists of 2 blocks with 327 flats in total. The estate is well-equipped with different facilities such as clubhouse, gym room, reading room, swimming pool, etc. With effective from 16 November, City Professional Management Ltd. provided security services to the estate. The "Kowloon East Region 2015 Best Security Guard Award" organized by the Hong Kong Police Force Regional Crime Kowloon East, Headquarters Regional Crime Prevention Office was successfully completed with the award presentation ceremony held at Police Sports and Recreation Club on 12th October, 2015. City Professional Management Ltd awarded three certificates of merit in the ceremony of Kowloon East Best Security Service Awards on 13 October 2015, which has shown their appreciation to our outstanding performance. AUG 2015 - Provision of Security Guarding and Carpark Management Services to Yan Chai Hospital
Founded by the Yan Chai Hospital Board of Directors in 1973, the Hospital provides acute and extended care services to the Tsuen Wan community and its neighboring areas. It is one of the acute hospitals under the Kowloon West Cluster (KWC) of the Hospital Authority (HA). In addition, there is a General Practice Clinic providing general and family medicine specialist out-patient consultations which also serves as a training centre for students in Family Medicine. With our practical experiences and professional security team, the comprehensive security guarding and carpark management services were awarded by Yan Chai Hospital to City Professional Management Limited from 11 August 2015.

FEB 2015 - WSD " Flushing water Plumbing Quality Maintenance Recognition Scheme " certificates
City Professional Management Limited has been participated in the Water Supplies Department’s “Flushing water Plumbing Quality Maintenance Recognition Scheme " and made great effort in monitoring the water system of buildings. Water tanks are cleaned and plumbing systems are inspected regularly in order to maintain in a good condition. Grandeur Terrace managed by us received "Blue Certificate” under the captioned scheme.
